Dr. John Hadley retired on July 01, 2026. His patients have be transitioned to Dr. Abiola Ogunyemi. Patients wishing to transfer to another physician may request a copy of their medical records.

For medical urgencies outside of these hours, please go to the Brantford General Hospital Emergency Department or the Willett Urgent Care in Paris.
If you are a registered patient of the St. Paul Family Health Organization and need medical advice outside the office hours, please phone the Telephone Health Advisory Service at 1-866-553-7205 and a nurse will assist you.
